Regolamento

Le Giurie saranno composte da soci M.A. e da modellisti

esterni di chiara fama.

Il giudizio delle Giurie è insindacabile e inappellabile.

Al concorso non possono partecipare i modelli vincitori

delle precedenti edizioni.

In giuria, per una valutazione piu tecnica, obiettiva e

imparziale, saranno presenti:

Le Giurie e gli Organizzatori non sono responsabili di controversie legate alla proprietà dei modelli.

Sono previsti premi speciali, che possono a seconda della

disponibilità avere variazioni.

La quota di iscrizione al concorso è di 10.00 € ad

espositore. ( juniores iscrizione gratuita )

Ogni modello dovrà essere accompagnato dalla scheda di partecipazione e anche dal suo cartellino esplicativo.

Si invitano gli espositori a venire con le schede già compilate, per non rallentare il sistema di ricevimento dei modelli.

La firma della scheda comporta l’accettazione del presente regolamento.

E’ possibile presentare modelli in teca propria.

Per quanto l’Associazione M.A. predisponga un servizio fisso di vigilanza ed adotti tutte le cautele ritenute opportune a preservare l’integrità dei modelli, si declina ogni responsabilità in caso di danneggiamento e/o furto dei modelli stessi.

L’Associazione e/o suoi incaricati si riservano la facoltà di riprodurre fotograficamente i modelli esposti senza scopo di lucro.

Si tiene a precisare che gli organizzatori si riservano la facoltà di non esporre modelli eccessivamente fragili o che possano offendere il pubblico.

Firmando la scheda di iscrizione, il partecipante alla mostra accetta in ogni parte quanto qui riporto

Juniores (cat. G) - (minorenni).

Beginner (cat. H) - (maggiorenni alle prime esperienze di concorso).

Standard - (maggiorenni con esperienza di concorsi).

Master - (maggiorenni pluripremiati in concorsi nazionali o internazionali).

SMF WINTER CONTEST

Policy

Juries will be made of members of M.A. and some of  notorious Modelers.

Jury’s judgement is definitive and unquestionable.

Past editions winners are not admitted to participate.

For a more technical and impartial estimation the following modellers will join the jury:

Prizes may vary according to our stock availability.

Subscription fee is 10.00 €. ( under 18 no pay )

Any models must be accompained by its own subscription form sheet and labelled with a tag.

People taking part to the competition are requested to get the papers filled in before showing up at the exhibition site.

Though a Security service is offered by “Modellisti Aretini”, we recommend that all exhibitors use all the precautions regarding the safety of their own models.

It is therefore advisable to show the models in their own glass display cabinet. “Modellisti Aretini” is not responsible for any damages, loss or theft of the models exhibited at the show as well as any litigation about models property. 

The association is also authorized to take pictures of the models.

These pictures are not meant for commercial purpose but only for the Association’s records.

Excessively fragile or sexually or politically explicit as well as offensive-to-public models may not be accepted at the show.

By Signing the application form the participants accept and subscribe the terms reported herewith.
